By the blue taper’s trembling light,
No more I waste the wakeful night,
Intent with endless view to pore
The schoolmen and the sages o’er:
Their books from wisdom widely stray,
Or point at best the longest way.

Where wisdom’s surely taught below.

If it’s not obvious, I’m in the middle of a complete web site overhaul.  Making the transition to WordPress brings all sorts of useful functionality to the site (searchable archives! RSS feeds! podcasting!) in a joyful way.  It’s just going to take a little time to get the visual design back into line.
